We have started this series as an effort to awaken and help Muslims realize that the very peers they cheer and idealize for various "wisdom filled" quotations were preceded by someone they ought to adore and love more than their own selves. Prophet Muhammad may allah exalt his mention taught us innumerable pearls of wisdom , such that even if one-quarter of it were applied today, it would transform the society into an ideal one.
Muslims should learn the blessed and wisdom filled teachings of their Prophet; so not only would they cherish the gift Allah graced them with but also use it in daw`ah to help convey and illuminate the hearts of Non Muslims showing them the justice, the wisdom and much more which our Prophet came with. I personally believe and always say : " Let the article speak for itself" and with this in the Name of Allah i begin enlisting the Pearls of wisdom of our prophet which are not only vital for our society but also equally important for us to achieve inner peace and ultimate salvation. Bear in Mind all of this is 14 centuries old.

Abdullah ibn Amr reported: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, passed by Sa’d while he was performing ablution. The Prophet said, “What is this extravagance?” Sa’d said, “Is there extravagance with water in ablution?” The Prophet said, “Yes, even if you were on the banks of a flowing rive”
[Ref: Sunan ibn Majah 425]
So as we read, the Prophet peace and blessings be upon him said that we should avoid extravagance even if we had a lot of water in our disposal and thus not waste it by giving the example of a flourishing water stream.
PEARLS OF WISDOM 22 –ISLAM TEACHES PLANTING TREES AND ECO LIFE
The prophet peace and blessings be upon him said : If a Muslim plants a tree or sows seeds, and then a bird, or a person or an animal eats from it, it is regarded as a charitable gift (sadaqah) for him." [Ref: Saheeh al-Bukhaari]
The importance of the eco system which benefits man and animal in ways beyound being a "mere shelter" was so much that even during battles, the only religion to introduce laws and rulings i.e Islam , prohibited Muslims to burn or damage fields , trees and other resources like it. This prohibition was in a time when burning down the fields and the trees and houses was a norm by Mankind at large irrespective of their nation or religion .
PEARLS OF WISDOM 23 – Keep the public places clean and avoid harming them
the Messenger of Allah said: 'Beware of the three things which provoke curses: Relieving (urinating or excreting) oneself in watering places , in places of shade (which the people use for shade ) and in the middle of the street.'"
[Ref: Sunan ibn Maajah and in other books of Hadeeth]
PEARLS OF WISDOM 24 – CLEANING THE ROADWAYS
The prophet sallalahu `alayhi wa sallam said : "Removing harmful things from the road is an act of charity (sadaqah).

PEARLS OF WISDOM 25 – WILD LIFE PRESERVATION & PROTECTION
The prophet peace and blessings be upon him said : "Whoever kills a sparrow or anything bigger than that without a just cause, Allah will hold him accountable on the Day of Judgment."
In fact Islam is the ONLY religion to give more animal rights than any other civilization or religion ever !
